How We Work With Our Customers
We want our customers to feel comfortable calling
us when you need us. Here are the ways that we can stay
in contact.
We welcome phone calls to either our cell phones or
our direct lines at our office. Click

There is voice mail for all the phone numbers, so if
we are unable to answer you will be able to leave us
a message.
Sometimes we are not able to retrieve our messages
immediately. This can be the case if we are showing property
or in a meeting. In these situations it might be a few
hours before we are able to hear your message or return
your call. If that is okay with you based on your assessment
of the urgency of the situation, we will call you back
at our first opportunity.
If you feel the situation is more urgent and you need
to reach us more quickly, please call our office receptionist
at 727.442.4111 and explain the situation, and everything
possible will be done to try to reach us on your behalf.
You are also welcome to communicate with us by email.
We check our email daily and you will hear back from
us by the next day in most cases.
If we have listed your property for sale, and it needs
to be shown by appointment, our Call Center will call
you to set the appointments. This is a great benefit
to you as it ensures your property will be shown
as much as possible, even if we are with another customer!
Without the Call Center, agents wanting to make an appointment
to show your house might not reach us quickly enough
to fit into their buyer's schedule.
At the start of our professional relationship we will
discuss with you how often you would like to be contacted,
at what time of day and by what method. When we both
know what is expected it makes things go much more smoothly!
Lastly, we occasionally need to go out of town and
when this occurs we will notify you about the dates and
a contact agent who will handle things that cannot wait
until our return. Even when we are away, we always have
our cell phones, and there are usually fax machines,
so if there is an emergency we can usually still be reached.
We love what we do, and enjoy getting to know our
customers as we work with them.
