Selling You Home: 24 & 48-Hour Actions Plans
Here are examples of what we do in the first 24
and 48 hours after you list your property with us.
24 Hours:
- Install Sign (we put up a temporary sign when you list and schedule
the installation for the real sign)
- Photograph home for marketing (photos are used for Internet and
print marketing)
- Complete paperwork and submit information and photos for placement
on the Multiple Listing Service
- Send information to our Call Center about the listing so they can
set up appointments and log all calls
- Put on lockbox
- Seller orientation (go over contract and contract process so we
are prepared to receive an offer)
- Order "Just Listed" postcards
- Consult with sellers to help get home ready for showings
48 Hours:
- Create flyer and provide supply to seller
- Call other Realtors who have listed or sold in that area or subdivision
in the last 6 months
- Write copy for Internet and print advertising
- Schedule Broker's Open House (if desired by seller)
- Schedule public Open House (if desired by seller)
- Place listing on realtor.com, floridamoves.com, coldwellbanker.com,
yourclearwaterhome.com, and websites
- Have Coldwell Banker Mortgage produce mortgage action plans sheets,
these can be provided to prospects viewing the home
